About Executive Imperial Tours

Executive Imperial Tours is an executive tour service that provides a unique experience of the Forbidden City, informed by an expert perspective that is unsurpassed among tour operators of the Palace Museum.

The tours, run by Peter Micic, PhD, go far beyond just Palace Museum facts and figures and the standard tours of the Forbidden City.The tours draw from Dr. Micic's expertise to combine a cultural history of late imperial China, tours of less frequented exhibition halls located around the inner court, and boundless stories about the vast number of people (emperors, imperial consorts, eunuchs, etc) who lived within the Palace Walls.
